NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC seeks a Supervisory Interdisciplinary General Engineer/Architect to lead the Project Management and Engineering Division. Qualifications

• Must hold a professional engineer (PE) license or architect (RA) registration in the U.S. or its territories.
• Experience supervising construction contracts, scope development, and cost estimates.
• Proven ability to ensure QA and safety compliance with plans and specs.
• Ability to evaluate workload and devise creative, technically sound solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative construction engineering expertise on complex projects.
• Direct three-phase quality control programs per UFC specs and command processes.
• Lead project status reviews and ensure documentation in command databases.
• Represent the command in negotiations with installation officers and contractors.
• Plan work schedules and assign tasks based on staff capacity and workloads.
