Job summary

Vizient is seeking an experienced engineering delivery leader to guide day-to-day execution of the intelligent automation portfolio. You will coordinate engineers, business analysts, QA, product partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams across Power Platform, UiPath, API automation, and AI-assisted approaches.

You’ll ensure predictable planning, staffing, testing, release, and stabilization while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Relevant degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in technology delivery, software engineering, automation, or related fields.
3+ years managing engineering or technology delivery teams.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple intelligent automation initiatives from intake and planning through build, testing, release, and production stabilization.
Manage scope, estimates, schedules, capacity, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments across the automation portfolio.
Drive sprint planning, backlog readiness, standups, delivery reviews, retrospectives, and other delivery practices.
Maintain delivery visibility and proactively drive risks and issues to resolution.
Plan engineering capacity and resource allocation across prioritized automation initiatives.
