Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder.
• 3+ years with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Experience designing scalable automation within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong governance, security and best practices knowledge.
• Experience integrating automation with APIs and cloud services.
• Proven ability to analyze processes for automation opportunities.
• Experience leading technical projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentoring teammates preferred.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies
• Serve as SME for automation platforms, governance, scalability, best practices, and solution optimization
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Drive modernization by transforming manual processes into scalable, efficient solutions
• Lead technical delivery including solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and improvement
• Ensure automation solutions meet security, reliability, maintainability, and performance standards
• Integrate automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise apps, and third-party systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in workflows, integrations, and platform performance
• Lead automation projects and workstreams, managing timelines, priorities, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics for operational visibility and data-driven decisions
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor automation engineers, developers, and analysts
• Support the advancement of automation governance frameworks and CoE practices
• Research and evaluate emerging automation, AI, and low-code technologies
