Job summary

Veterans Security Operations (VSO) seeks a Lead Intelligence Analyst to own and shape the client’s intelligence function as they scale. Based in the Seattle area with hybrid flexibility, you will lead day-to-day outputs from routine reporting to incident-driven investigations, while setting strategy and standards for the program.

This is a physical security intelligence role focused on client sites in the US with awareness of global developments impacting risk.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSINT, social media monitoring and open-source research.
• Ability to turn complex, fast-moving information into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring analysts.
• Familiarity with investigative workflows and security intelligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly intelligence products and assessments.
• Set standards and quality for intelligence outputs as the program grows.
• Conduct OSINT research to identify threats to people, sites and operations.
• Lead investigations into persons of interest with credibility and severity assessments.
• Develop location risk profiles for new facilities and sites.
