Job summary

Veterans Security Operations (VSO) seeks a Lead Intelligence Analyst to lead and shape the client’s intelligence function as it scales, reporting to executive leadership and partnering across Public Affairs, Legal, and Security.

Based in the Seattle office with a hybrid schedule, you will oversee routine intelligence outputs, conduct OSINT research, manage investigations, and set standards for the program's growth while guiding a team of analysts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of intelligence analysis or related field; 5+ years preferred.
• Comfort making direct, evidence-backed assessments with potential repercussions.
• Experience with OSINT, social media monitoring, and OSINT tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring intelligence products (weekly/monthly reports).
• Set standards and quality bar for intelligence outputs.
• Conduct OSINT research to identify threats to people/sites/operations.
