Job summary

Veterans Security Operations (VSO) seeks a Lead Intelligence Analyst to shape and lead the client’s physical-security intelligence function. Based in the Seattle area with a hybrid schedule, you will oversee day-to-day intelligence output and set program standards as it scales, coordinating with GSOC and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of intelligence analysis or related field experience (5+ preferred).
• Ability to produce evidence-backed assessments and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with OSINT, social media monitoring and threat intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly intelligence products to support GSOC operations and clients.
• Set standards and quality for intelligence outputs as the program grows.
• Conduct OSINT research to identify threats to people, sites and operations.
• Lead investigations into person-of-interest incidents with credible assessments.
• Develop location risk profiles for facilities and sites as the company expands.
• Brief senior leadership and coordinate with GSOC, Public Affairs, Legal and others.
