Job summary

Knowledge Management, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Lead Intelligence Analyst to oversee all-source research and written assessments for protective and security programs.

Requires 7+ years in OSSINT, law enforcement awareness, and readiness for Top Secret/SCI clearance within 1 year; on-site work at 119 D Street, NE. The Lead will supervise analysts, ensure high-quality intelligence products, and coordinate with law enforcement during investigations and crisis management.

Qualifications

• United States citizenship required.
• High school diploma or GED required; no education substitute for Lead positions.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Minimum age 21+ and valid driver’s license.
• Background check and onboarding training; NDA agreement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source research and analysis using OSS and government databases to identify threats and security concerns.
• Draft assessments and briefs to support protective programs and investigations.
• Provide intelligence evaluations and outreach with law enforcement for situational awareness.
• Identify threat actors and provide threat assessments for investigations and crises.
• Support cyber threat intelligence production and trend analysis for mitigation planning.
• Oversee workflow, ensure policy compliance, and manage intelligence product quality.
