Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Protective Intelligence Specialist to support global executive protection by identifying and mitigating threats to senior leaders and their families, with a focus on digital exposure and OSINT tradecraft.

You will draft executive-facing exposure reduction plans, manage the PII takedown pipeline, coordinate vendor tasks, and maintain the monitoring stack to enable rapid, discreet briefings for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in related field with OSINT analysis.
• Experience with data brokers, people-search platforms, and PII removal.
• Strong written/verbal communication for executive briefings.
• High ethical standards and discretion.
• Ability to brief senior leaders under time pressure.
• Cross-functional collaboration with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive online exposure assessments across open-source streams.
• Produce executive-facing exposure reduction plans with prioritized recommendations.
• Manage the PII takedown pipeline and verify removals.
• Maintain exposure ratings per criteria-based scale.
• Administer monitoring stack: watchlists, alerts, coverage validation.
• Support investigations with advanced OSINT techniques.
