Job summary

Citi in Mexico City seeks an experienced Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to join our Integrations team for Workday and SAP. You will participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.

The role requires 4+ years in technology and 2+ years in enterprise integration, with leadership experience and strong collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technology.
• 2+ years in integration of enterprise applications.
• 1+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex integration ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of Workday Integrations: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with SAP integrations: EC, ECP, CPI/PI, IDocs, RFCs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning and risk analysis for integration projects.
• Monitor and control all phases of development, provide user and operational support.
• Analyze complex problems and provide evaluative judgments on processes and standards.
• Develop security measures in post-implementation to ensure system integrity.
• Coordinate with users and technology groups on issues and solutions.
• Define operating standards and coach junior analysts.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and reporting controls.
• Manage changes, releases and production environments.
