Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of consulting, corporate strategy or operational experience with an emphasis on Life and Commercial Insurance.
• Process Engineering (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) to achieve efficiency and effectiveness targets.
• Business Architecture to align strategies and tactics for goal realization.
• Delivery of Customer / Persona Experience for multi-personas to deliver differentiated experiences.
• Journey mapping / model creation design.
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) for adoption of transformational investments.
• Value Chain Expertise.
• Training and Dashboards.
• Solid Life and Annuity insurance product and market knowledge and experience with key business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements delivering tangible client value.
• Drive strategy, roadmaps and initiatives across insurance domains.
• Manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and data-driven analyses.
• Mentor junior staff and teach methodologies.
