Qualifications

• Completion of a professional insurance qualification or previous experience in portfolio solutions or Commercial Underwriting.
• Ability to teach and mentor colleagues and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI tool in Commercial Underwriting.
• Develop distribution strategy for Commercial insurance.
• Contribute to strategic growth and transformation of Commercial insurance.
