The role blends strategy with execution across complex programs and client stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model in Golden Valley, MN, with competitive base pay and eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of consulting, corporate strategy or operational experience with an emphasis on Life and Commercial Insurance.
• Lean/Six Sigma Process Engineering to improve efficiency.
• Business Architecture to align strategy and tactics.
• Delivery of Customer/Persona Experience for multi-personas.
• Journey mapping and model creation.
• OCM for adoption of transformational investments.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem solving.
• Program/project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce and PowerBI a plus.
