Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of consulting, corporate strategy or operational experience with emphasis on Life and Commercial Insurance.
• Lean/Six Sigma process improvement to meet efficiency targets.
• Business architecture to align strategies and tactics for goals.
• Delivery of customer experience for multi-persona experiences.
