Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead for Insurance Underwriting & Loss Ontology to drive enterprise ontology for coverage, exposure, underwriting, and loss concepts. You will align data across Acrisure's retail, wholesale, and specialty operations, ensuring governance, data quality, and scalable analytics readiness.

Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to standardize definitions, mappings, and lineage in a rapidly evolving fintech‑insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building domain ontologies for insurance governance and data models.
• Ability to translate business concepts into enterprise data structures and rules.
• Familiarity with ACORD, IVANS, and regulatory data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Insurance Ontology across Coverage, Exposure, Underwriting, Claims, and Loss domains.
• Integrate internal and third‑party data to support ontology alignment and analytics.
• Govern data quality, business rules, and data lineage across enterprise systems.
