The Atlantic District in Norristown, PA is seeking a Lead Insurance Agent to guide clients through risk management and coverage options. You will be the face of the agency, building lasting relationships with neighbors and helping families secure their futures.

Ideal candidates have a PA Property & Casualty license, 3+ years of portfolio management experience, and strong skills with agency systems. CISR/CIC certifications are a plus. A collaborative, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing client insurance portfolios.
• Experience with agency management systems and digital document organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of client accounts from quotes to renewals.
• Assess client needs to ensure appropriate coverages.
• Maintain accuracy in processing changes and policy renewals.
• Address client inquiries with clear information.
• Collaborate with owners to refine sales strategies.
