Willard Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled Residential Insulation Lead to oversee insulation projects in homes. The role blends hands-on installation with leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality work on residential sites.

You will lead installers, read blueprints, coordinate with homeowners and dispatchers, and ensure OSHA safety standards are met. Strong communication, a clean driving record, and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Proven ability to explain options to customers clearly.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of insulation installers on residential job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Ensure proper installation of insulation types (e.g., spray foam).
• Conduct site inspections to assess material needs and job readiness.
• Maintain safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Train new team members on installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate with homeowners, customer service, and dispatchers.
• Track project progress and report daily updates.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
