Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of Instructors and plan group activities.
• Deliver direct instruction aligned with participants' goals.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment and respond to crises using approved techniques.
• Complete program paperwork accurately and maintain participant records.
• Collaborate with team and external agencies as needed.
