Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities is desirable.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and maintain accuracy in documentation.
• Experience providing direct instruction and supervision in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide group coverage for rest breaks, meals, and direct service as assigned.
• Deliver direct individual and group instruction aligned with participant goals.
• Maintain safe, non-aversive environment and document data accurately.
• Coordinate with teams to support crisis response and safety procedures.
• Complete program paperwork and communicate effectively with staff and external partners.
