Terrestris Global Solutions seeks a Primary Instructor to lead ASEP-T, guiding transitioning General Officers and their spouses from senior military leadership to civilian roles. You will deliver engaging, outcome-focused curriculum using executive learning models, including resumes, networking, and personal branding.

You will also provide individual counseling, tailor sessions for high-profile graduates, and drive curriculum improvements through surveys and follow-up reviews.

Qualifications

• Requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass background checks (NCIC-III and Terrorist Screening Database) for Army installation access; no security clearance required.
• A PhD in Business Administration, Human Performance Measurement and Evaluation, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Counseling, Management, or related field; or status as a retired U.S. Army General Officer with a master’s degree in one of those fields.

Responsabilités

• Lead instructor for ASEP-T five-day courses per year, for up to 18 General Officers in person and 22 online, plus their spouses.
• Develop modular curriculum adaptable to face-to-face and online delivery (Zoom/Teams) meeting VOW Act, TAP, Soldier for Life, and DOL requirements.
• Provide individualized counseling and deliver customized transition sessions for retiring officers; drive curriculum improvements through evaluations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the ASEP-T Course Director and provide coaching and post-course support for participants.
