Job summary

Terrestris, LLC is seeking an Alternate Instructor to support Army University’s ASEP-T, a five‑day executive transition program for retiring generals and spouses. The Alternate Instructor partners with the Primary Instructor to teach and facilitates, leading whenever needed to maintain full coverage of courses in person in the National Capital Region and online.

Responsibilities include building transition plans, resumes, networking strategies, and interview preparation, plus counseling spouses

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management, counseling, or related field (or equivalent credentials).
• Three+ years leading talent management, recruiting, or counseling senior officers.
• Three+ years executive curriculum development and delivery for exec-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Co-instruct five ASEP-T courses per year, for up to 18 generals and spouses.
• Lead instructor when Primary Instructor unavailable to ensure continuous instruction.
• Develop and maintain modular curriculum for face-to-face and online delivery (Zoom, Teams).
• Guide participants in transition plans, resumes, networking strategies, and interviews.
