Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in education, computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in instructional technology preferred.
• Experience with instructional design methodologies or computer learning environments.
• Knowledge of project management and project organization/analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement computer-based instruction and instructional design objectives.
• Assess and select appropriate instructional multimedia technology and tools.
• Maintain instructional design handbook and project notebooks; write guidelines and procedures.
• Lead instructional design projects and provide technical guidance in instructional design processes.
• Supervise and train subordinate instructional designers and writers.
