Job summary

Ignite Digital is seeking a Lead Instructional Systems Specialist to support a US Navy/US Marine Corps program in Orlando, FL. You will lead design, development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of instructional systems and POIs for military and civilian learners.

The role requires a DoD Secret Clearance, onsite work in Orlando, and extensive experience in training design and POI creation. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with SMEs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, Instructional Systems, or a related field.
In lieu of a Master's, a Bachelor's + 15 years of relevant experience; or HS diploma + 18 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Instructional Systems or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Programs of Instruction (POIs) across Navy/USMC specialties.
Research training content for thoroughness and accuracy.
Assess and update training products for effectiveness.
