Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Two years of related work experience.
• Experience developing accessible instructional materials and ADA-compliant resources.
• Knowledge of instructional design processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages instructional projects from conception through implementation.
• Consults with faculty on design, learning objectives, and strategies.
• Develops software-based learning modules for instructional use.
• Delivers workshops and training to faculty on instructional technologies.
• Creates learning materials in formats including print, graphics, audio, video, and multimedia.
• Maintains databases and supports faculty with technology tools.
• Researches educational best practices and ensures accessibility compliance.
• Facilitates curriculum development sessions and documents findings.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to measure course design effectiveness.
• May oversee peer review processes.
