Qualifications

• Ability to design menus and lead daily meal preparation.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute menus for dietary requirements and preferences.
• Lead food preparation for daily meals, special events, and catering.
• Assist with inventory control to ensure fresh ingredients and minimize waste.
• Adhering to sanitation standards, proper handling procedures and food safety.
• Coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional guidelines and resident needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment conducive to high-quality food service.
