Job summary

Window World installers remove old windows and doors from homes and replace them with new exterior products following company standards. They transport pre-sold products from Window World’s warehouse to customers’ homes and complete installation, disposal of old materials, and obtain completion certificates and final payments.

Installers work with a two-person crew when possible, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck and/or trailer/van and all necessary tools to install windows & doors (own transport).
• Must maintain insurance, workers comp, and local licensing to perform window & door installation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the Window World location to pick up the pre-sold product and transport it to the customer’s home.
• Remove and dispose of old windows/doors at the job site and Window World location.
• Troubleshoot field issues to avoid delays; complete installations professionally and on time.

Job Summary

Window World installers carefully remove old windows and doors from the home and replace them with new exterior remodeling products according to company standards and guidelines. Installers will pick up the pre-sold product from Window World’s warehouse and transport them to customers’ homes for installation. Installers will complete the installation of all new products, collect old products and debris for disposal back at the Window World location, and collect a completion certificate and final payment from the customer.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the Window World location in a punctual manner to pick up the pre-sold product and transport it to the customer’s home.
• Remove and collect old windows and/or doors, to be disposed of at the Window World location.
• Troubleshoot unforeseen issues in the field in an attempt to avoid rescheduling or extended installation time.
• Complete installation projects in a professional and timely manner, including all finishing trims, insulate, and/or caulk.

Qualifications

• Own a truck and/or trailer and/or van and all necessary tools to install windows & doors.
• Maintain all required insurance, workers comp coverage, and licensing/credentials to perform window & door installation in the local area.
• Must have knowledge and ability necessary for removal and installation of windows and doors.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have persistence and strong problem‑solving and time management skills.
• Take pride in craftsmanship and finished work products.
