Window World is seeking a Lead Installer in Rochester to safely remove old windows and doors and install new Window World products to our standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will lead an in‑house installation crew, hire 1–2 additional installers, and ensure jobs are completed on time with proper paperwork and customer completion forms.

Qualifications

• Experience installing replacement windows and doors.
• Leadership mentality with ability to lead a crew.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a small installation crew.
• Assist ownership in identifying and hiring additional crew members.
• Pick up and transport materials to job sites.
• Remove and dispose of old windows and doors properly.
• Install replacement windows and doors to company standards.
• Complete trim, insulation, caulking, and finishing work professionally.
• Troubleshoot issues in the field to keep jobs on schedule.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
• Collect completion certificates and final paperwork from customers.
