Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead Installer to head installation projects, guide helpers, ensure quality work, and uphold safety on every job site. You’ll lead teams from start to finish and uphold our high service standards with every client interaction.

You’ll participate in meetings, promote a professional environment, and maintain clean, organized job sites while ensuring client satisfaction and safety compliance throughout installations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to braze and solder equipment as needed.
• Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.
