Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead Installer to head installation projects from start to finish. You will guide helpers, ensure quality work, and maintain safety on every site.

Responsibilities include professional communication with customers and teammates, attending required trainings, and upholding a clean, safe work environment. Strong leadership and hands-on install skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Braze and solder equipment as needed.
• Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.

Responsibilities
