Spartan Floor Coatings in Denver, CO is seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. We will train the right candidate who shows leadership, work ethic, and a drive to deliver high-quality epoxy and Polyaspartic flooring installations on each project.

You will oversee installations from start to finish, work hands-on with power tools, ensure safety, and coordinate with clients and crew to meet timelines and specs. This full-time role offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring installation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members on job sites.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Proven experience in construction or installation roles, with a focus on leading teams is a plus.
