Job summary

PremierGarage of Southern Maine is seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to supervise premium garage floor coating projects. You will oversee grinding, surface prep, mixing and applying coatings, and ensure high craftsmanship on every job.

• Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience.
• Experience leading installations and coordinating teams.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems.
• Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces.
• Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Help train and mentor newer installers as our team grows.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and lead installations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience towing/backing up a trailer

• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
