Job summary

Venture Solar is expanding in Maine and seeks hardworking installers for residential solar projects. Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months.

As a Residential Solar Installer, you will assemble racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, manage structural layout, and assist with conduit runs under electrician supervision. A valid driver’s license and safety-minded approach are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar Installation experience.
• Comfort with heights/roof work.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Residential Solar Installer
