Progressive Heating, Air and Plumbing is seeking a skilled Lead Installer to oversee heating, air, and plumbing installations from start to finish. You will lead a crew, maintain safety standards, and ensure work meets codes and company quality benchmarks.

You will collaborate with project managers and service technicians to plan schedules, train junior installers, and clearly communicate progress to clients, ensuring satisfaction and on‑time project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on installation experience in heating, air, and plumbing systems.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
