How You Stand Out

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification and NATE certifications are a big plus—or the drive to earn them!

Experience

• Background in basic construction or related trades.
• Previous experience in HVAC installation or similar fields is a bonus but not required—we value fast learners ready to grow.
• Proven success working in a team environment to deliver high-quality results.

• Installation: Install HVAC systems, components, and ductwork in residential settings, ensuring precision and quality workmanship.
• System Testing: Perform system checks and tests to ensure installations are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and provide system demonstrations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians and team members to ensure seamless project completion and a positive customer experience.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain organized schedules, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Tool and Equipment Management: Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.
• Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, company guidelines, and industry regulations during every installation.
