Job summary

Endurance Aire seeks a Lead Installer to oversee residential HVAC system installations in Florida. You will lead installation crews, ensure quality workmanship, and perform startup, testing, and commissioning.

You will read blueprints, follow local codes, train apprentices, document work, and maintain safety procedures while delivering professional service to customers in Florida's climate. The role requires leadership and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, straight cool systems, air handlers, package units, and ductwork.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications.
• EPA Certification required.
