Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Installation Supervisor to lead the installation team, manage programming, start-up, and training on Fire, Security and Building Automation projects. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction and a collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong construction and wiring knowledge, and is able to interpret complex blueprints; familiarity with basic

Qualifications

• Proficient construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Excellent understanding of blueprints, design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring and cable support installation.
• Basic technical programming skills.
• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5-7 years relevant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation team and oversee the installation process including programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on assigned Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects.
• Ensure delivery of projects effectively and within budgeted cost and time schedules; maximize customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
