Convergint is seeking a full-time Installation Supervisor to join our team in Carrollton, TX. You will supervise the installation team, oversee programming, start-up, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Basic technical programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation team and oversee the installation process.
• Program, start-up, certification, and related customer training on Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget; maximize customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
