Erie Home in Mississippi is seeking an Installation Manager to lead installation projects from scheduling through final walkthrough. You will direct subcontractor crews, ensure safety, and maintain budgets while delivering outstanding customer service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, or project management.
• 2+ years supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or strong safety mindset).
• Experience with CRM software is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Typical work hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with peak-season flexibility.

• Confirm contract obligations—maintaining transparency and customer trust.

• Ensure on-time payments and follow-ups—keeping jobs under 60 days.
