Erie Home in Poway, CA is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the installation process from scheduling to final walkthrough, supervise subcontractor crews, and ensure projects meet budget goals and customer expectations.

You’ll work with company-provided vehicle, weekly pay, benefits, and leadership development, while coordinating materials, labor, and payments to keep jobs on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation or construction.
• 2+ years supervising on-site personnel.
• Strong safety mindset; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process – from scheduling to final walkthrough.
• Manage subcontractor crews – ensuring projects stay on track.
• Confirm contract obligations – maintaining transparency and customer trust.
• Deliver top-tier customer service – main contact for homeowners.
• Manage materials, labor, and expenses – controlling costs without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure on-time payments & follow-ups – keep jobs under 60 days.
