Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process from scheduling to final walkthrough.
• Manage subcontractor crews to keep projects on track.
• Ensure contract obligations and customer trust are maintained.
• Deliver top-tier customer service as main homeowner contact.
• Control materials, labor, and expenses to meet budgets.
• Ensure on-time payments and follow-ups, typically under 60 days.
