Erie Home in Poway, CA is seeking an Installation Manager to lead roofing projects end-to-end, coordinating install partners and crews, maintaining quality, safety and budgets. The role includes weekly pay, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

You will drive timely execution and exceptional home-owner service while ensuring cost controls and adherence to contracts. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with seasonal flexibility; candidates should have 2+ years supervising on-site teams,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role.
• Home improvement installation experience (roofing is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Work hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with peak-season flexibility.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or strong safety mindset).
• Willingness to become forklift certified.
• Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process – from scheduling to final walkthrough.
• Manage subcontractor crews – ensuring projects stay on track.
• Confirm contract obligations – maintaining transparency and customer trust.
• Deliver top-tier customer service – main contact for homeowners.
• Manage materials, labor, and expenses – control costs without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure on-time payments & follow-ups – keep jobs under 60 days.
