Yates Company, LLC is seeking an Installation Foreman to oversee on-site construction execution for HVAC and BAS-related projects in Central and South Texas. You will manage installation teams, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role demands strong technical expertise, field coordination, and effective communication to support reliable project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Seven or more years of electrical construction experience on large commercial projects.
• Two or more years in a supervisory/foreman role providing guidance to crew.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead installation teams while enforcing safety guidelines and PPE use.
• Plan and supervise onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and coordination.
• Review project schedules and adjust staffing and equipment as needed; ensure scope adherence.
