Job summary

Apex Storage seeks an experienced Foreman to lead a small installation crew in the field. You will direct schedules, oversee safety, and ensure work meets design and customer expectations while adapting to on-site changes.

You will coordinate with project managers, manage tools and personnel, review drawings, and document progress. The role requires MHE or construction experience, lifting 50+ lbs, and a customer‑focused attitude; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) or construction.
• Occasional travel and shift changes may be required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehousing, pallet rack design, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to operate a variety of tools and large equipment.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Strong teamwork, priority management, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation projects meet customer expectations and design requirements.
• Enforce and practice proper safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers and customers to address on-site alterations.
• Communicate with management regarding scheduling and personnel.
• Manage tools, equipment, and personnel to maximize efficiency.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve on-site challenges.
• Accurately document material lists, project details, and modifications.
• Lead crews by example, providing hands-on instruction and guidance.
