Account Executive at Masis Professional Group

Our client is looking for a skilled Project Foreman to oversee the safe and productive placement of assigned job items on active construction sites. This position ensures crew members are informed about safety hazards, quality expectations, specifications, and production goals. The client works with heavy civil construction. The foreman is expected to lead crews for excavating, roadside work and utilities. The role requires daily collaboration with team members and other stakeholders to complete high-quality work efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate with and assist other workers on site to maintain safety and productivity
  • Accurately document production quantities, employee hours, installation locations, and quality data
  • Install aggregates, pipe, fabric, erosion control measures, and other assigned materials
  • Operate shovels, rakes, compactors, skidsteers, rotating lasers, and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Ensure workers inspect equipment and verify it is in proper working condition
  • Properly install and maintain traffic control devices; assist with traffic control in work zones
  • Implement environmental protection measures as required
  • Follow direction from the project superintendent and carry out assigned work duties
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions to the superintendent
  • Lead daily safety meetings; communicate OSHA requirements clearly to the crew
  • Assign tasks to crew members; resolve conflicts; ensure adherence to company policies
  • Execute work based on project plans and schedules to meet production goals
  • Foster teamwork and promote a productive, cohesive work environment
  • Inspect ongoing work to ensure specifications are met and installation is accurate
  • Perform timekeeping, collect production and quality data, and provide feedback on performance
