Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a General Foreman – Field Operations to oversee day-to-day field execution across installation services and electrical fit-out scopes. Travel up to 50% is required to support nationwide project delivery.

You will lead multiple Foremen, coordinate safety, QA/QC, and integration with project management to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in construction field operations or skilled trades.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or General Foreman managing multiple crews.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specs.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction safety requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with Superintendents, Engineers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Foremen and crews across project scopes.
• Execute project work plans with Superintendent guidance and schedules.
• Plan daily/weekly manpower, tasks, and field productivity.
• Enforce safety practices, lead safety meetings, and pre-task planning.
• Oversee QA/QC: inspections, punch lists, corrective actions.
• Coordinate logistics: materials, equipment, site access.
• Resolve field conflicts; liaise with field teams, PM, subs.
• Mentor Foremen and craft personnel through setup to closeout.
