Job summary

Apex Storage seeks an experienced Foreman to lead installation crews, manage schedules and equipment, and ensure projects meet safety and design standards. You will work closely with project managers and customers to address on-site changes, document details, and drive efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with material handling equipment or construction is required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform on-site tasks as needed.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct a small team of installers to complete projects safely and to spec.
• Oversee schedules, personnel and equipment for optimal performance.
• Ensure projects meet customer expectations and design requirements.
• Enforce safety procedures and coordinate with PMs and customers.
• Document material lists and project modifications accurately.
• Lead on-site problem solving and communicate staffing needs to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address on-site changes.
