Chick-fil-A is seeking a Field Marketing Lead Insights Analyst to support Local & Market Level analytics by building scalable dashboards and data pipelines. You will partner with senior analysts and strategists to turn complex data into actionable reporting and enable faster, more self-service insights for Field Marketing leaders.
The role focuses on automating recurring work, expanding current reporting capabilities, and delivering strategic recommendations with strong data storytelling.

As part of the Customer & Market Insights team at Chick-fil-A, it is our role to capitalize the Customer and provide meaningful insights that fuel innovation around service, product development, messaging and experience. The Field Marketing Lead Insights Analyst will support Chick-fil-A's Local & Market Level analytics by developing scalable reporting, performing exploratory analyses, and enabling faster, more consistent delivery of insights to Field Marketing leaders. This role partners closely with senior analysts and strategists to transform complex data into actionable reporting while improving the team's speed, scalability, and self-service capabilities. The role will focus on building analytical foundations, automating recurring work, and expanding current team reporting capabilities.
