• Provide functional direction and training to Inpatient Pharmacists and staff.
• Consult with patients and medical personnel regarding medication therapy.
• Dispense, compound, procure, store, and distribute pharmacy products.
• Review lab results and patient progress to optimize therapy and ensure safety.
• Participate in education, training, rounds, committees, and quality programs.
• Perform other duties as required.
