Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Doctorate in Pharmacy required (Pharm.D or B.S. in Pharmacy).
• California Pharmacist License within 1 month of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients and medical staff regarding medication therapy.
• Dispense, compound, procure, store and distribute pharmacy products.
• Document in patient EMR and other systems; provide medication information and device usage guidance.
• Order/adjust dosages and supervise drug therapy per protocol.
• Provide education and training to staff and participate in rounds and committees.
