Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent and PGY1 by time of hire.
• CA Pharmacist License required at hire.
• National Provider Identifier within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred Advanced Practice Pharmacist (APh) and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities; builds cross-functional relationships; coaches for performance improvement.
• Translates business plans into actionable items; ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversees drug therapy implementation across locations; collaborates with senior leaders for guidelines.
• Leads drug education and training to improve patient compliance and prescribing practices.
• Manages pharmaceutical care and regional initiatives to ensure safe, cost-effective prescribing.
