gpac seeks a highly skilled Injection Molding Lead Process Technician to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations in a fast-paced facility in Pleasant Hill, IA. You will lead daily molding activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across processes and workflows.

The role requires 5+ years of injection molding experience, strong technical knowledge of molding equipment, and leadership abilities.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in Injection Molding Processing.
Strong knowledge of process equipment, control systems, and manufacturing methodologies.
Leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members.
Ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
Nice-to-have: Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.

Aufgaben

Lead daily operations of injection molding processes with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
Position, align, and secure molds in molding machines.
Monitor process metrics and drive continuous improvements.
Troubleshoot equipment/process issues promptly.
Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize parameters and workflows.
Train and mentor junior technicians on procedures and safety.
